Rhubarb Sour is the newest cocktail from FIRKIN’s collaboration with Eyemouth’s Oblo Bar and Bistro. Made using award-winning FIRKIN original, the cocktail is beautifully finished and tastes as good as it looks. Use the recipe below to try this one at home!
FIRKIN Original, Maraschino, Lime Juice, Egg White, Rhubarb Cordial, Cranberry Juice, Orange Angostura, Flowers
1. Add 35ml FIRKIN, 15ml Maraschino, 15ml Lime Juice, 25ml Egg White, 25ml Rhubarb Cordial to a shaker and dry shake.
2. add ice and wet shake
3. Strain into a martini glass.
4. Add angostura drops and flowers to garnish
5. finish by adding 25ml Cranberry Juice
