Cocktail: Foxy Blonde
The first in our new cocktail series with Oblò Bar & Bistro, Foxy Blonde, is a cocktail which combines the smoky flavour from the Islay barrels with the sweetness of Peach Schnapps to create a truly unique flavour.
Ingredients:
FIRKIN Islay, Peach Schnapps, Mango Juice, Pineapple Juice, Lime Juice, Angostura, Orange and Cinnamon.
Recipe:
- Mix together 50ml of Mango juice, 50ml of Pineapple Juice and 10ml of Lime Juice
- Add 35ml of FIRKIN Islay, 15ml Peach Schnapps and ice to a shaker
- Add a few drops off of Angostura to the shaker
- Add in the juice and ice before shaking well
- Pour the cocktail into a glass
- Top up with ice
- Garnish with Orange and a sprinkle of Cinnamon
